Frank Pruette,
Founder and Managing Partner

A graduate of East Carolina University with a BSBA, Frank has more than 26 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing and foodservice brokerage.


An original founder of Stillwater Provisions, Frank's professional arch has taken him from the distribution side of the business to distributor sales rep to president of a

$350 million foodservice distribution facility with full P&L responsibility. 

Frank, a nationally recognized food service professional, has spoken at industry events on his expertise in sales skills training as well as human resource development.

Jason Seely,
Founder and Managing Partner

As a third generation family member in the food business, Jason has more than 19 years of experience in the industry. As one of the original founders of Stillwater Provisions, Jason’s background includes 14 years with Smithfield Foods, Inc., one of the largest protein suppliers in the world.  


During his time at Smithfield, he worked within the foodservice and retail deli business. His career has provided expertise in all aspects of the business including research and development, marketing, inventory, margin responsibility, business management and sales. In his last role, he was vice president of foodservice, managing $400 million in sales.


Ken has been in the foodservice brokerage business since 1981 and has built a career servicing the K-12 segment. His expertise as Stillwater Provision’s Director of K-12 Sales provides our principals valuable access to this ever-changing arena.


He is a member of both the School Nutrition Association (SNA) on the national level as well as the SNA's Virginia chapter where he serves on the Industry Advisory Board and is a past chair. Ken’s involvement with the SNA and American Commodity Distribution Association provides exceptional expertise in commodity processing and has driven distributor sales through the K-12 segment.


Known nationally for his expertise, school districts and manufacturers look to him to navigate child nutrition regulations and menu options on an ongoing basis.
