Job Description

Stillwater Provisions is looking to hire IMMEDIATELY. We are a privately-owned Food Brokerage Company located in Smithfield, VA looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep / Data Entry Specialist to start by the end of the month.
Duties and requirements include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain customer database and process orders with high attention to detail.

Spend about 95% of the workday sitting and entering information into our order program.

Must be well-spoken and able to communicate professionally via phone or email.

Handle phone lines/vendor/distributor inquiries and issues.
-
Must have strong computer skills with great knowledge of Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Must be good with math and keypunching numbers, as well as staying organized.
-
Must be able to use inductive reasoning and critical thinking in this role.
-
Must possess a great sense of ownership and pride in your work.
-
A minimum of 2 years of recent administrative, data entry, and customer service experience preferred.
-
Must be dependable, work well with others, and be able to work 40 hours a week.
Hours: 8a-5p Monday-Friday (with an hour lunch break)
Pay: Based on experience
Full-time employees receive paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays after the new hire probation is complete.

Food Broker Sales Account Executive/Sales Manager
Charleston/Myrtle Beach Area
At least 2 years foodservice sales or culinary/restaurant experience required.
Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated Sales Executive who will effectively represent our Vendors/Manufacturers and sell their products within the Foodservice Distribution Industry and to Large Leverage Operators. The candidate must have Foodservice Sales Experience and can establish and maintain Quality Professional Relationships with High Profile Players in the Foodservice Industry.

Overview:
Candidate must develop and execute market strategy to achieve sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory and maintains business relationships with assigned Chain Accounts, Large Leverage Operators and Key Industry Segments using a consultative selling approach. The Account Executive must increase sales at the existing distributor and create new customer accounts through new product placements, presentations, and samplings.

Reports to Zone Manager to ensure alignment with Foodservice Distributor Operating Plan.
​
General computer skills are a required skill. Use of Outlook as well as reporting in our online system required.
​
Travel is required. * Must have a valid driver’s license. *Travel expenses will be reimbursed per our policy.
